Returning Goods

If the purchase is not to your satisfaction, it is misdescribed, faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, you are entitled to return the product for a refund. Please check your purchase fully on receipt. Transit damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please email us within 7 days of receiving the parcel including your customer order details. Please return the item(s) unused, unwashed, in a fully resalable condition and in its original packaging within 28 days from your purchase date. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item if the above conditions have not been met. Please keep proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive the goods back, we will refund you the cost of the item(s) into your account within 14 days. You will be notified via email when your return package is received and your refund has been processed. The cost of returning goods is the purchaser’s responsibility except for faulty or incorrectly shipped goods.

Goods which have undergone further processing or altering by the customer cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, sale items or those which have been ordered as a custom request cannot be refunded.

Damaged/Missing Goods

Please allow the maximum delivery period before contacting us about a missing order.

Do not accept any package if it appears damaged in any way, and please notify us within 3 days of delivery if you have refused the package, or if items are missing from it. We would recommend signing for any package as 'unexamined' and in the event of a claim against the courier, you may have to answer queries from them as we do not accept responsibility for compensation.
